This Sunday (October 18) is gonna be a freaking punktastic show at LOLA, with The Devil’s Punchbowl, Kevin Murphy and The Great Tick Eater.
The Devil’s Punchbowl is a fantastic anarcho punk band from P.E.I., incorporating elements of skate punk, celtic, roots music and more. We’re stoked to have them back at LOLA as the T.O. stop on their “Leave ’em Hanging” tour.
Kevin Murphy’s voice has a power and fury to it, matched by great rhythm guitar playing and hard-hitting, uncompromising lyrics. His music is the perfect antidote to apathy.
The Great Tick Eater are a one-of-a-kind punk/freak folk/garage rock hybrid, and every set is a serious party. Hard to define, and harder to forget.
