Jesse LeBourdais was born in Horsefly, BC; a small town in the Cariboo. He has spent the majority of his life putting rubber to road, and fingers to chords, spending years spread across thousands of kilometres, travelling with nothing more that a guitar, his unique voice, and a will to endure all there is to be found.

He writes songs steeped in the folk traditions of storytelling, and fuels them with the raw emotion of punk rock, revealing common veins of life and humanity, affirmed through heart-felt lyrics and passionate performances. Jesse LeBourdais pours his heart out on stage, and leaves it there for all to see. Sometimes solo, sometimes full band, his songs are of personal confessions that transcend literal meanings to form an emotional connection with those who hear them.

Pain, grief, joy, triumph, hope, and failure combine with fierce musicality and an explorative lyrical wit to make something wholly original, yet universally relatable.

Recently focusing attention on long-form writing, his first novel, FIRELIGHT, was released in late 2020 via Falter Press to critical acclaim. Self-produced and published, Firelight found LeBourdais channeling a lifetime of experience through his unique imagination, literally creating a whole new world, filled with realistic and entertaining characters. His second novel, THE THIRD SUN, was release in the summer of 2023. Several more are in progress.

In 2026, Jesse will release his long awaited 5th album, appropriately entitled, BETTER EVER THAN NEVER.

Jon Creeden is an independent Canadian punk rock singer-songwriter and guitarist who originally built his reputation as a tireless “punk troubadour,” touring extensively with just an acoustic guitar. Known for his gruff, heartfelt vocal delivery and melodic songwriting, he is a prominent fixture in the Canadian and international underground punk scenes. Originally closely associated with Ottawa, Ontario, he later relocated to Louisbourg, Nova Scotia.

The Washout is the musical moniker of Derek Krist, an independent, solo acoustic folk-punk musician based out of Hamilton, Ontario. He is known for his DIY ethos, relentless touring schedule across Southern Ontario venues, and raw, high-energy live performances.

Wordplay is a grimy pop-punk band from Toronto, Ontario. Band member Kris often performs solo acoustic sets or handles vocal and guitar duties for the group’s local live shows.
